Months of the Year (Los Meses del Año)
- In Spanish, months of the year (los meses del año) are all masculine.
- In Spanish, months of the year are not capitalized.
- To say in + the name of the month, use en diciembre hace frío (it’s cold in december); OR use: en el mes de diciembre hace frío.

Days of the Week (Los Días de la Semana en Español)
- The days of the week in Spanish are all masculine.
- In Spanish the days of the week are not capitalized.
- When stating the day of the week in English “on” is used but in Spanish el or los is used.
- In Spanish, the days of the week whose last letter ends in s do not change in the plural.
Examples:
El martes iremos a la playa.
On Tuesday we will go to the beach.
Los miércoles vamos a clase de español.
On Wednesdays we go to the Spanish class.
